Overview

Focusing on local news, arts, business, and events, West End Word covers “City Living From The Arch To The Innerbelt.” I was hired by the editor in 2004 to review movies when I was finishing up my time living in St. Louis.

My father allowed my brother and me to watch two types of movies when we were in our nascent stages – ones that he approved (James Bond and Alfred Hitchcock) and ones that were age appropriate (which left us to animated things to fight over like G.I. Joe, Transformers, and He-Man). Needless to say, I loved movies. I love movies. This was a dream gig.
